Membership Renewal

Membership in the Institute is for the calendar year and is payable before March 31, 2014.  You can renew your existing membership  by filling out the renewal form below, after which you will be directed to a payment site.   The information collected in the form will help us present clear and accurate information to the public about your theatre, season performance dates, website and GPS location for your theatre.  Returning members only need to fill out information which has changed or is new for 2014.

We’re excited about our new Mentor Program for this year, and we look forward to our continued association with you.
